This is not an aircraft kit but an add-on set of resin parts printed on a 3D printer for a model of the French Morane-Saulnier MS.406 fighter in 1:48 scale. The set sharpens selected details that injection-molded plastic cannot capture with the necessary delicacy. The manufacturer is the Czech company Kovozavody Prostejov.
3D-printed parts bring crisper edges, thinner walls and a finer surface rendering than a conventional molding. The modeler uses them to replace the corresponding parts of the base kit and gains a truer look without extensive work. The set is welcome above all on the clearly visible areas of the aircraft.
Carefully separate the parts from the print supports, wash the resin residue off them and clean them up (protect your airways). They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Before painting, lay down a primer, which evens out the surface and improves paint adhesion.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
