Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:48 scale from Academy. It represents the American twin-engine North American B-25D Mitchell medium bomber in a version for the Pacific theater. The model is supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit and offers decals for several specific machines from the New Guinea area.
The B-25 Mitchell was one of the most successful American medium bombers of the Second World War. The B-25D version was built in series alongside the B-25C version and in the Pacific it proved itself in low-level attacks against Japanese shipping and ground targets. Machines in that area carried striking color and personal markings.
Paint the cockpit, the bomb bay area and the gun positions carefully before closing the fuselage. Use a thin cement for plastic, spray a primer and paint with an airbrush. Bring out the panel lines with a wash and finish the surface with a matte or satin varnish to match the original.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
