This is a 3D-printed resin accessory from Firma49 in 1:48 scale, not a standalone model. It represents an aircraft oxygen bottle of the kind stowed in the cockpits and fuselages of aircraft. It serves to enrich an interior and its internal equipment.
Oxygen bottles supplied aircrew with breathing oxygen at altitude. They were placed in the cockpit, the fuselage or the bomb bay and are among the typical details that stand out on models with open covers.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, separate them from the print supports and clean them up. Before removing the supports, the resin can be softened briefly in hot water so that it does not chip. Bond them with cyanoacrylate glue and paint them according to the period equipment of the particular aircraft.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
