An injection-molded plastic kit of the Chinese multirole fighter J-10B in 1:48 scale from Trumpeter. It is a detailed model with a generous parts count. The box holds plastic and clear parts, a photo-etched fret, decals and an extensive set of external stores, so you can build a modern machine in full fit straight out of the box.
The J-10B is the modernized variant of the Chinese single-engine multirole fighter J-10 of the People's Liberation Army Air Force. It is recognized from the basic version above all by its revised radome on the nose and by a new type of supersonic intake without a diverter wedge, which simplifies the structure and reduces the radar signature. The aircraft combines a delta wing with a canard foreplane and is intended for fighter as well as strike duties.
Use liquid cement for plastic and glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Finish the detailed cockpit before closing the fuselage. Plan the assembly and the arrangement of the external stores, that is the missiles, bombs and auxiliary tanks. Apply a primer before painting and put the paints on with an airbrush. Gray schemes will stand out after fine accentuation of the panel lines.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
