This is NOT an airplane model but an accessory set of the Space line for sharpening up the cockpit of a Republic P-47N Thunderbolt model in 1:48 scale. It combines 3D decals of the main instrument panel and the side consoles with three-dimensional relief of the instruments and pre-colored photo-etched steel seat belts as well as small details. According to the name, the set is intended for the P-47N kit from MiniArt.
The 3D decals are not released by dipping them in water; only the backing paper is moistened and the element is lifted off it with tweezers and fixed with PVA glue (white glue). They have real relief of the dials and switches, so there is no need to paint the instruments. The steel belts are flexible and accurate. The set follows the shape of the panels of this model exactly, so that it fits without modification.
The P-47N was the long-range version of the massive American Thunderbolt fighter of the Second World War, intended for operations over the Pacific with a great range.
This is an accessory, not the model itself. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
