It is not a standalone airplane model but an accessory that replaces or completes the parts from the base kit and raises the accuracy of the underwing load. The castings have sharp edges and an accurate shape.
The Grumman S-2 Tracker was an American twin-engine carrier aircraft built to find and destroy submarines. Under the wings it carried pylons for the equipment it needed for its missions. Thanks to its endurance and rugged structure it served for decades with a number of navies.
Wash the parts to remove mold release residue, separate them from the casting blocks carefully and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand with respiratory protection. Do a trial fit before gluing so that the pylons line up correctly with the wing.
This is an add-on set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
