A set of fine photo-etched parts from the Czech maker Hauler aimed at the internal fittings of the model of the German light Sd.Kfz.250/3 half-track vehicle in 1:48 scale. It refines the interior, which on an open vehicle stays clearly visible. It is an aftermarket accessory, not a model in its own right. The photo-etched fret is cut for the Tamiya kit.
The Sd.Kfz.250/3 was the radio (signals) version of the light German Sd.Kfz.250 half-track carrier. Its open body and large frame antennas made it a typical command and signals vehicle; Rommel's vehicle Greif, for instance, was of this version. The open space makes a worked-up interior particularly effective.
The photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife, bent over an edge and glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend assembling and painting the interior before the body is closed up. Degrease the parts before painting and spray them with a base coat; the details will stand out after a wash and a dry brush.
This is a detail accessory. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
