This item is not an aircraft kit. It is a resin add-on set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard that adds a carrier for light bombs of twenty pounds to a Sopwith Camel model in 1:48 scale. The casting is finer than the shape-simplified part from the box and offers crisper edges, thinner sections and legible detail of the fittings that an injection mold cannot manage in this scale. The set assumes that you already have the base plastic model the accessory is fitted to.
The Sopwith Camel was a British fighter biplane of the end of the First World War with a rotary engine and a pair of synchronized machine guns above the fuselage. Besides air combat, aircraft of this class were also used for attacks on ground targets, and small bombs were hung under the fuselage at the time on a simple tubular carrier. It is exactly such a feature that the set represents, so you can turn an ordinary fighter Camel into an aircraft armed for ground attack.
First wash the resin parts in lukewarm water with detergent, as mold release residue would otherwise prevent the paint from adhering. Do not snap the casting blocks off but cut them with a fine saw or a knife and sand the surface; protect your airways when sanding resin and preferably sand wet. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue, as ordinary cement for plastic does not work here. Apply a primer before painting, otherwise the paint holds poorly on smooth resin. The carrier is usually blended into the shade of the underside of the fuselage, and a light wash into the recesses suits it at the end.
This is an accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
