It is not an airplane model, but a metal replacement for the plastic parts, which you swap on the finished model for finely and dimensionally accurate tubes. Metal offers a strength that a thin plastic part lacks, and the resulting nose looks sharp and realistic.

Use

• Cut off the original plastic pitot tubes on the 1:48 Su-25 model.
• Drill a hole into the remaining plastic and glue the metal tubes into it with cyanoacrylate (super glue, CA).
• The metal surface can be lightly roughened before gluing for better adhesion, then painted like the rest of the model.
• The parts are small — we recommend using tweezers and working over a cutting mat.
