The miniature woman's bicycle in 1:48 scale is a 3D-printed resin accessory intended for dioramas and display cabinets. It is not a model of a vehicle on its own but a small scenic element that gives the setting of a model life and scale. The characteristic low frame without a top tube and the period look suit civilian as well as military scenes from the first half of the 20th century and later.
Once built and painted, the bicycle can be propped against the wall of a house, stood by a rack, laid on the bed of a vehicle or put into the hands of a figure. It fills the empty areas of a diorama superbly and creates a natural story of everyday life in the rear of a front as well as on a quiet street.
First wash the print resin residue off the parts and separate them carefully from the print supports. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); sand with respiratory protection. Before painting, lay down a thin primer, bring the frame out with a gloss paint and the chrome of the details with a dry brush. Fine weathering and dust will settle the bicycle into its setting.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
