A vacuum-formed clear canopy for a model of the Yak-1 middle production series in 1:48 scale, one piece in the package.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Yak-1 was a Soviet fighter from the start of the Second World War, one of the first modern types that the Soviet Union put up against the German machines. The middle production series differs from the early examples in details of its execution, among them the shape of the canopy.
One piece of vacuum-formed clear canopy in 1:48 scale. According to the name it is intended for the Yak-1 kit from Modelsvit or SF. A vacuum-formed part is thinner than an injection-molded one and therefore clearer; after its use the cockpit looks more delicate and can be shown open more easily.
It suits a modeler who wants thin and clean glazing on a model of the Yak-1, needs a replacement for a damaged part from the kit, or is building the cockpit open. Work with a thin clear part calls for patience, and there is a single piece in the package, so plan the cutting out in advance.
The kit of the aircraft, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
