Wheels for the F-84F (1:72, Art Scale)

This set from Art Scale contains resin, three-dimensionally printed replacement wheels for a model of the F-84F Thunderstreak jet fighter in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane model but a landing gear detail accessory that replaces the wheels from the box with a more faithful version, with fine relief on the tread and the hub.

Use

First wash the residue of uncured print resin off the parts and cut off the print supports. Glue the wheels with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Treat them with a primer before painting; the tires weather well with pigments for a dusty or well-used look.
