A holder for bottles of acrylic paint, version 01. It keeps the paints in use upright, to hand and out of the way of a clumsy movement.
Responsibility details are not available.
Paint in use left loose on the desk is a classic cause of mishaps that then take longer to clear up than mixing the shade took. The holder stands the bottles upright and in a row side by side, so that you can see their labels from above, do not have to set them aside while hunting for one, and they are not left lying loose where you pass your hand or the hose from the airbrush. The paints thus stay together and the desk stays passable even during a longer session.
The designation 01 tells this version from the others in the range of organizers. The item belongs to the equipment of a modeling desk. The number of places, the spacing and the diameter of the openings are given by the manufacturer; before you buy the holder, compare these dimensions with the bottles you use. Bottles differ in shape and diameter from one paint brand to another, and dropper bottles have different dimensions from low pots.
Place the holder within reach but out of the path along which you carry the model and tools. Return the paints to it straight after use, not at the end of the session, otherwise they will stay set out around the desk. Wipe the necks and the caps after the work, so that dried paint does not glue the closure shut. Wipe the holder itself now and then as well, because a drop that has dried in the bottom of an opening is much harder to remove than a fresh one.
For modelers who work with a larger number of bottles at once and want order on the desk. Paints, brushes and other equipment are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
