A smaller decal sheet in 1:144 scale devoted to the service of the Eurofighter Typhoon with users in the Middle East. The brand Mark I released it as an accessory to small models of present-day combat aircraft. In the consignment you will find a printed sheet, not a kit.
The Typhoon came about as a joint project of several European countries and entered service at the beginning of this century. A canard foreplane ahead of the main delta wing, a pair of jet engines and deliberately unstable aerodynamics controlled by computer give it high agility and the ability to fly at supersonic speed without afterburner. Besides the European states, air forces in the Persian Gulf region also took it on, where it wears different shades and national symbols.
Present-day fighters tend to have smooth gray finishes on which every unevenness shows. Prepare the surface carefully, therefore, and polish it with a glossy coat before the markings go on. Settle the small lettering with soft-jawed tweezers and fix it with a softener. On the canard foreplane and the leading edges it helps to divide the printing into smaller sections. A final semi-matte clear coat will even out the look and protect the thin elements against abrasion.
