This accessory is a resin set of main wheels for the Spitfire Mk.V fighter in 1:72 scale. It is a replacement detail from the Brassin line, not an aircraft kit. The set usually holds cast wheels and painting masks for easily separating the tire from the disc.
The parts have a faithful tread, fine detail on the disc and may be flattened where they meet the ground. The masks make it much easier to paint the tire-to-disc division cleanly. The result is a more realistic landing gear than the plastic parts give.
Clean the wheels and separate them from the casting blocks. Fit the mask, spray the disc and then the tire, or the other way round. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin.
The package holds a resin accessory with masks only. Paints, glue and the base model are not included.
