1:32 F-16I Sufa and F-16D - Israeli camouflage with star stencils offers three sheets of masks for the desert coloring of the two-seat Israeli Fighting Falcons.
Responsibility details are not available.
Three sheets of pre-cut masks cover the whole camouflage pattern of the Israeli two-seat Fighting Falcons and add stencils of the Stars of David. The national insignia thus arise by spraying and do not have to be dealt with by large decals across the edges of the wings. The cut is based on the 1:32 Academy kit.
The designation Sufa belongs to the Israeli version F-16I, a two-seat machine with a dorsal spine for fuel and with equipment adapted for strikes at great distances. The older two-seat Block 40 version has served in the same air force longer and carries its own Hebrew name. Both share the desert camouflage of light brown, sand and gray-green fields, which is meant to hide the machine over the landscape of the Middle East. The two-man crew divides the flying and the operation of the weapon systems between them, which pays off on long strike flights.
The fields of the pattern have fairly soft transitions, so choose a somewhat greater distance for the airbrush and build the paint up gradually. Apply the stars only onto finished camouflage and wait for full drying before removing the stencil; otherwise the edge of the white circle easily suffers. The dorsal spine of the Sufa version has a different shape, so lay the parts on dry.
