Masks for the national insignia and lettering 1:32 Horten Ho 229A from SX-Art for spraying the national markings and lettering instead of using decals on a model of the German jet flying wing. Intended for the Takom kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a set of self-adhesive paint masks intended for spraying the national insignia, the crosses and additional lettering on a model of the German Horten Ho 229A jet flying wing in 1:32 scale. It is not a kit and not a decal but precisely cut masking film with which you create the markings directly in paint. The target kit is the one from Takom.
The Horten Ho 229 was an experimental German jet flying wing from the end of the Second World War, one of the first aircraft with a flying wing shape and a pair of jet engines. The A version represents the combat rendering of this pioneering design with low radar reflectivity.
Stick the masks onto a clean, degreased and dry finish and press the edges down carefully, so that paint cannot run under the film. Spray in several thin coats and peel the mask off before the paint has hardened completely; you will get sharp edges with none of the glossy film that classic decals leave behind.
The masking set is an accessory for the model. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
