Responsibility details are not available.
A double-sided set of SX-Art self-adhesive paint masks in 1:48 scale for a model of the Japanese Nakajima Ki-43-II Hayabusa fighter in its late production version. The masks cover the cockpit glazing from the outside as well as the inside, so the frames get sharp edges on both surfaces.
The Nakajima Ki-43 Hayabusa (Allied code name Oscar) was the main fighter of the Imperial Japanese Army Air Force of the Second World War. It stood out for its exceptional agility and rate of climb, but it was lightly armed and not very resilient. The late Ki-43-II version brought a more powerful engine, shorter wings and improved equipment; the machine served on all the Japanese fronts until the end of the war.
Stick the outer masks onto the glass from the outside and the inner ones from the inside before the cockpit is closed up. Spray the paint in thin coats with an airbrush and pull the mask off once it has set. Double-sided masking ensures distinct frames from both sides and a clean interior.
This is a masking set, not a paint or a model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
