The two-seat Do 335 A-12 in a light rendition, a sticker fifteen centimeters in size meant for dark surfaces.
Responsibility details are not available.
This motif, fifteen centimeters in size, captures the outline of the school rendition of the Do 335 A-12. The light color is chosen for dark surfaces, where a dark print merges with the background.
The letter in the designation placed the machine in a production series, and the number after the hyphen distinguished the individual renditions. The twelve fell to the two-seat trainer conversion, which on so unusual an aircraft was a necessity. A pilot had to learn to handle the long nose landing gear, the pair of propellers and a procedure for leaving the machine in an emergency that differed from a normal fighter at the root. The aircraft earned the Czech nickname sipka, meaning arrow, for its elongated fuselage and cruciform tail surfaces, which from a distance really did give it the look of a shot arrow.
A light motif shows best on deep shades, that is on an anthracite, dark blue or black surface. Avoid surfaces with a coarse texture and freshly painted parts, on which the adhesive will not hold. Before applying, clear the surface of dust and grease and work at room temperature, as in the cold the film is more brittle.
The dark counterpart of the same outline is sold as an item of its own.
