This is a single-sided (outer) masking set from the express fit range of the Czech maker Art Scale in 1:32 scale. The self-adhesive stencils are cut precisely to fit a model of the experimental German Messerschmitt P.1101 jet fighter from the Das Werk kit. It is not a kit but a painting accessory.
The Messerschmitt P.1101 was a German experimental jet fighter from the end of the Second World War with an unusual wing sweep angle that could be adjusted on the ground. The prototype survived only part-built and became an inspiration for the postwar development of aircraft with variable wing geometry.
The single-sided version covers the outer surfaces of the cockpit glazing and the wheels, so that spraying gives sharp transitions without tracing by hand. Degrease the clear parts before applying, press the stencils down against the edges of the frames and spray in thin coats; take the mask off shortly after the paint has dried.
The set contains masking stencils only. Paints, glue and the model itself are not included in the package.
