It is not a helicopter model but a set of accurately cast replacement parts that replace the coarser plastic wipers in the basic kit and so refine the look of the cockpit. The standard plastic wipers tend to be oversized in scale. Cast resin wipers are thinner and more faithful and, once glued on, visibly raise the realism of the cockpit glazing. It is a typical drop-in accessory with a minimum of work.
Separate the fine parts carefully from the casting blocks, wash the mold release residue off them and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways if you need to sand. Glue the parts on at the end of the build and the painting so that they do not get damaged.
The accessory is not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
