A resin detail set in 1:72 scale for models of the early versions of the Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-4 fighter. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory that sharpens the main landing gear bays (wheelbays) with a faithful rendering of the ribs, the piping and the structure inside the wing. It replaces the simply rendered plastic bay from the box.
The set is intended for Focke-Wulf Fw 190A models in 1:72 scale. Before fitting, wash the mold release agent off the parts and cut away the casting blocks. The seat in the wing usually has to be adjusted slightly so that the resin insert beds down. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Resin takes primer and paint well, and the detail comes out once a wash is applied.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The aircraft model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
