This is NOT an aircraft model but a resin detail set from the Czech maker Kopecky Scale Models. It holds protective covers against foreign object damage (FOD), which the ground crew fit to the air intake and the engine nozzle of a parked machine. The set is intended for the late version of the F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter (the larger air intake), in 1:32 scale. The set is intended for Tamiya kits.
It makes it possible to build a model in a realistic parked form from the apron. The intake and nozzle covers usually carry warning elements that can be brought out in color or with a decal and give a scene authenticity. The larger intake matches the later engine fits of the Falcon.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, separate them from the casting blocks and clean them up. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand resin wet and with your airways protected. The covers can usually just be set in place, so they can stay removable.
This is an accessory set, not a complete model. Paints, glue and the kit are not included in the package.
