1:48 Rafael Python 4/5 (4 pcs) is a resin detail set of four Israeli air-to-air guided missiles. It is not an airplane model, but an armament accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
The resin set contains four faithfully shaped Rafael Python 4/5 air-to-air guided missiles in 1:48 scale. It is not an airplane kit, but an aftermarket armament accessory with which you can enrich the external stores of modern fighters. The castings capture the typical aerodynamics of the missile including the control surfaces.
The Python is a family of Israeli infrared-guided short-range air-to-air missiles from Rafael. The Python 4 became known for its high agility and its ability to engage targets at a large off-boresight angle; the Python 5 added an imaging infrared seeker and resistance to decoys. The missiles are carried by the fighters of a number of air forces, above all the Israeli one.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand them with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting; choose the finish and the markings according to the documentation of the carrier aircraft.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
