It is not a kit but a replacement part that takes the place of the simplified or missing tail end from the box with a more faithful casting with the correct turret shape.
The A3D Skywarrior was a large twin-engine jet carrier bomber of the US Navy, nicknamed the Whale. The early machines carried a remotely controlled tail turret with a pair of 20 mm cannon at the end of the fuselage, which on a number of versions was later replaced by electronic warfare equipment. Anyone building the early armed configuration will appreciate a faithful casting with the correct turret shape; the tail end is prominently on view and the plastic from the box often simplifies it.
First wash the resin parts in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent to remove any mold release residue. Carefully cut off the casting blocks with a saw and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Bond the part with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Before gluing, check the fit against the fuselage; fill and sand the transitions lightly if needed.
The accessory is supplied as a resin replacement part, unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
