A resin detail set in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Black Dog. It holds resin parts for a faithful rendition of the engine nacelle of the Boeing B-52G Stratofortress strategic bomber. The set is an aftermarket accessory; the airplane model itself is not included in the package.
The Boeing B-52 Stratofortress is an American eight-engine strategic bomber with long range, in service since the 1950s. The B-52G version used jet engines hung in paired nacelles under the wings. The shape of the nacelles and of the air intakes is among the striking details the set makes more accurate.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. Glue the resin with super glue and protect your airways while sanding. Apply a filler primer and tune the metallic shades and the exhaust staining with washes, pigments and drybrushing.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
