Eduard 1:72 Blenheim Mk. IV landing flaps is a photo-etched set of landing flaps for refining a model of the British Bristol Blenheim Mk. IV bomber. It is not a kit but an accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
This photo-etched set from Eduard in 1:72 scale holds landing flaps for a model of the British Bristol Blenheim Mk. IV light bomber. It is not an aircraft kit on its own but a set of fine photo-etched parts with which the flaps can be shown lowered, with a faithful inner structure. Eduard is a Czech maker and a leading brand of photo-etched accessories.
The Bristol Blenheim was a British twin-engine light bomber, one of the main machines of the RAF at the start of the Second World War. The Mk. IV version had a lengthened glazed nose for the navigator and was committed to day and night bombing and to reconnaissance.
The photo-etched flaps are separated with a sharp knife, and the individual layers are stacked and bonded with super glue or epoxy. Showing the flaps lowered markedly enlivens the look of the wing. Degrease the parts before painting and apply a primer.
This is an accessory photo-etched set, not a complete model. It requires the matching plastic kit; glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
