An accessory set for a model of the British AS-90 self-propelled howitzer in 1:72 scale. It adds details to a model that a kit usually does not cover.
Responsibility details are not available.
The AS-90 is a British tracked 155 mm self-propelled howitzer with a rotating turret. It brought the British army artillery fire that can move quickly: the crew fires and drives away before the enemy has time to answer. For a modeler it is a rewarding machine, because it combines a massive turret with a long barrel and a tracked chassis.
The accessory set is intended for a model of the AS-90 in 1:72 scale and completes it with features that the kit itself usually does not have. It is precisely such small things that make the difference between a model out of the box and a vehicle that looks as if someone had served with it. The make-up of the parts and the recommended kit are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the traces left by manufacture. Try the placement of the parts dry and seat them only afterwards; in a small scale even one millimeter decides the result. Cyanoacrylate glue holds on resin and on plastic alike. Wash and degrease the parts before painting.
Paints, glue and other materials are not included, unless stated otherwise. The extent of the package is given in the manufacturer's parts list.
