Bücker Bü 133C Jungmeister 1:72 from RS Models is a plastic kit of the classic German single-seat aerobatic biplane of the 1930s.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit depicts the German single-seat Bücker Bü 133 Jungmeister aerobatic biplane in the C version. It is a short-run kit with fine detail, whose build makes somewhat higher demands on cleaning up and fitting the parts; we therefore recommend it to modelers with a little experience. Decals for several schemes are included.
The Bü 133 Jungmeister was the peak of the prewar Bücker aerobatic school. The C version was the main production variant; it was powered by a Siemens radial engine of around 160 horsepower and was set apart from the older versions by a characteristic engine cowling and a slightly shortened fuselage. Agile and strong, the biplane ruled the aerobatic contests of the 1930s and in civilian hands remained competitive long after the war.
With a short-run tooling, reckon on more careful cleaning up of the parts and on dry test fitting. Glue the plastic with a thin modeling cement and separate the small parts carefully. Paint the cockpit before closing up the fuselage. Apply a primer; striking glossy finishes are typical of aerobatic machines, so give it a coat of gloss varnish at the end. Fit the interplane struts and any rigging carefully, because of the geometry of a biplane.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
