The CBU-87 is an American combined effects cluster aircraft bomb that carries a large number of smaller submunitions for striking area and lightly armored targets. It was standard armament for American combat aircraft and was used in a number of conflicts.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks and clean them up. Assemble and paint the bomb separately; light or olive shades with colored bands are usual. Bond with super glue and finally hang it on a rack under the wing.
