Responsibility details are not available.
This resin set of replacement wheels from the manufacturer Reskit is intended for a model of the two-seat trainer variant of the American Convair F-106B Delta Dart interceptor in 1:72 scale. It is not a model of an airplane but a detail accessory that replaces the wheels from the plastic kit with more faithful resin castings. The set suits more experienced modelers working with resin.
Resin wheels tend to be more accurate than the production plastic parts, they have a finer tread pattern and often a realistic flattening of the tire under the weight of the machine. The F-106B was the two-seat version of the supersonic F-106 Delta Dart interceptor with its cockpit in tandem, used above all for training.
Wash the parts clean of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and do the sanding with your airways protected. Glue the wheels with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the hubs and the tires separately; masking and an airbrush help. A light patina of pigments supports the realistic look.
It is an accessory set of wheels, not a model of an airplane. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
