The Daimler-Benz DB 605 was a German inverted V12 engine with direct fuel injection. It powered a number of German fighters of the Second World War, above all the later versions of the Messerschmitt Bf 109. An exposed engine makes a rewarding subject for diorama scenes of maintenance.
Wash the resin parts to remove the mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand with your airways protected. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). For fidelity a combination of metallic shades, a dark wash and light picking out of the plumbing and the wiring works well.
This is an aftermarket resin accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
