Waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models, intended for the Focke-Wulf Fw 190 in the F-8 version. According to the name the sheet covers two camouflage variants. You are buying the sheet itself, and neither the model nor paints are part of it.
The Fw 190 was a single-seat fighter with an air-cooled radial engine, wide-track landing gear and a sturdy airframe structure. The F family was derived from the A fighter version and adapted for attacks on ground targets, that is above all with strengthened armor over the lower fuselage and with racks for bombs under the fuselage and the wing. The F-8 pattern is among the most widespread of this family and is told apart from the fighter versions precisely by its armament and its racks.
Paint the model, let it cure and spray it with gloss clear coat, which prevents a haze around a decal. Soak the cut-out design in lukewarm water, after a few seconds set it down on absorbent paper and wait until the film releases of its own accord. Once it is settled, soak the surplus water up with a soft cloth and let it dry thoroughly. A softener helps where the film runs across the engraved lines and the fairings on the underside of the fuselage. Finally unify the finished surface with matte varnish.
This is a decal sheet, not a kit. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
