This is a resin diorama accessory, not a kit. The set contains faithful scale replicas of wooden barrels in the small 1:72 scale with the texture of the staves and the hoops rendered. It is cast by resin 3D printing at the Czech manufacturer Firma49 and serves to bring dioramas, vignettes and vehicle loads to life.
Wooden barrels are a universal prop in military and civilian scenes alike. They were used to store fuel, water, food and drink and appeared by depots, in yards, on vehicle beds and in field positions. The small 1:72 scale makes it possible to place a greater number of them in a scene.
