A resin detail part, not an airplane kit. The set of finely cast resin replaces the landing gear bay doors of the American General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter in 1:72 scale. The F-16 is one of the most widely used modern fighters in the world, valued for its agility, its reliability and its proven single-engine layout. The part is meant for more experienced modelers who work with resin.
With the landing gear extended, the doors are prominently visible on a model, and the way they are made rounds out the engineered look of the underside of the aircraft and of the landing gear bays themselves. The resin castings offer a thinner profile and a more faithful inner detail of the doors than the thicker plastic from the box. Once painted and picked out with a wash, the landing gear bays read naturally.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
