This is a resin detail set from Aires in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory for replacing and refining the cockpit on a plastic kit of the F-16I Sufa. Sets of this kind usually contain the cockpit tub, the instrument panels, the side consoles and the seats, all finely detailed.
The F-16I Sufa is a two-seat variant of the single-engine fighter derived from the later blocks of the F-16 line. The two-seat cockpit with its modern displays is characteristic of this type and in a 1:72 build it tells strongly under an open canopy.
Wash the parts to remove any mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Check the seating of the tub dry before the fuselage is closed. Bring out the displays and the panels part by part before assembly.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
