It serves to replace the cockpit of a plastic kit of the McDonnell Douglas F-4F Phantom II jet fighter with finely cast resin interior parts. The F-4F was the version of the Phantom operated by the Luftwaffe. The set is meant for more experienced modelers.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II was an American two-seat, twin-engine multirole combat aircraft. The F-4F version was built for the needs of the West German Luftwaffe and served for many decades in the fighter and interceptor role. The Phantom was among the most widespread jet combat aircraft of its era.
Wash the resin parts to remove the mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue. The two-seat interior is painted with an airbrush, and the instruments and the levers are brought out with a wash and a dry brush. Check how the assembly seats in the cockpit before the fuselage is closed.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue, paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
