An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet GAZ-M20 passenger car in 1:72 scale from MW. The package holds plastic parts, a clear part for the glazing, decals and assembly instructions. The model is intended to be glued and painted.
The GAZ-M20, known by the name Pobeda, was the first Soviet passenger car with a monocoque body. It was produced at the Gorky automobile works from the second half of the 1940s and became one of the most widespread postwar cars in the Soviet Union. Besides the standard sedan, a version with an opening roof and a taxi configuration were also built.
Use liquid modeling cement on the plastic and cut the small parts off carefully. We recommend spraying the bodywork with a primer and an airbrush, and finally adding a gloss clear coat under the decals. Glue the glazing in only after spraying, so that the clear part does not fog.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
