About product

Gloster Meteor F.8 1:72 (an Eduard masking set)

This is not a model but a set of self-adhesive masks. Precisely shaped parts of masking tape are stuck onto the frames of the cockpit glazing and follow their shape faithfully. Once the paint has been sprayed and the masks removed, the frames stay cleanly painted and the transparent areas untouched. The masks are intended for models of the Gloster Meteor F.8 in 1:72 scale.

Use

  • Masking the cockpit glazing before spraying the framing.
  • Stick on, spray over, remove carefully once dry.
  • Faster and more precise than laying tape by hand.

Who it is for

  • Builders of this early British jet fighter.
  • Modelers who want sharp transitions on the frames with no handwork.

Paints, glue and the model itself are not included in the package.
