A set of self-adhesive Eduard masks in 1:72 scale for masking the canopy glazing and other clear or circular areas while painting a model of the reconnaissance Gloster Meteor FR.9. The masks are die-cut from yellow masking material that follows the shapes of the frames exactly, so the laborious cutting from tape falls away.
The Gloster Meteor was the first British production jet fighter to see service in the Second World War. The FR.9 was an armed reconnaissance variant with cameras in the forward fuselage, used in the postwar years and in local conflicts. It is recognizable by its twin-engine layout and its wide wingspan.
The package contains masks only. Paints, glue and the model are not included. The model is sold separately.
