1:72 Gotha P.60C/D canopy airbrush mask is a set of masking stencils for the cockpit glazing, not a kit. It serves for spraying the frames cleanly on a model of the projected flying wing in 1:72 scale.

This item is an accessory for the build, not a model. It contains masking stencils cut to the clear parts of the cockpit; they are applied to the clear part, oversprayed with the frame color and lifted once the paint is dry. On a flying wing with no conventional fuselage the cockpit is the only prominent vertical feature, so it is the first thing attention falls on when the finished model is looked at. The set is made by MH models within its range of aircraft airbrush masks.
The Gotha P.60 is a German aircraft project from the end of the Second World War: a twin-engine jet flying wing with no vertical tail surfaces and with the crew placed in the front of the center section. The design grew out of experience with tailless gliders and aircraft of the same concept, and the project went through several design stages that differed in the layout of the cockpit, the powerplant and the armament. Neither series production nor a flyable airframe was ever completed, so the type remained at the project stage. For the modeler it belongs to the circle of so-called projected and unbuilt designs, which are built from period drawings.
Wash and degrease the clear part so that the mask will hold. Lift the stencils out of the sheet with a sharp knife, transfer them with tweezers and apply them to the areas that are to stay transparent. Press the edges down carefully and, on intricate glazing, check every facet separately. Cut any uncovered stretches from the waste of the sheet or fill them in with narrow masking tape. Spray the frames first in the interior shade and then in the exterior finish, always in several thin coats. Lift the masks shortly after they have dried, slowly and at a shallow angle.
The set contains masking pieces only. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
