The Brengun 1:72 Grunau Baby II photo-etched detail set for refining a plastic model of this legendary glider. An accessory, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of photo-etched metal parts intended for detailing a plastic model of the classic Grunau Baby II training glider in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane kit but an add-on for an existing model of this unpowered sailplane.
Photo-etch adds fine elements that come out coarse in plastic: it refines the simple interior of the open cockpit and adds small structural details. On a glider the thin photo-etched surfaces show up particularly well.
Separate the parts from the fret with a sharp knife, make the bends in a photo-etch bender and glue them together with cyanoacrylate glue. Degrease them before painting and use a fine primer for metal.
This is an accessory for a plastic model. The model itself, the glue and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
