This is an accessory for modelers, not an aircraft model on its own. The set from the Japanese manufacturer FineMolds contains aircraft ordnance and pylons for the F-4EJ Phantom II of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) in 1:72 scale. The parts are injection-molded in plastic.
The set makes it possible to arm a Phantom model realistically with the matching weapons and pylons. Supplementary ordnance sets come into their own when you want to render an aircraft in a particular combat configuration or to add armament missing from the base kit.
Separate the parts from the sprues, clean up the mold seams and glue them with glue for plastic. Apply a primer before painting; for missiles and bombs use an airbrush and fine washes to accentuate the detail. Apply the marking decals over a gloss base.
This is an ordnance accessory, not an aircraft kit on its own. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
