1:72 Lockheed-Martin F-35B Lightning RAM coating

RAM coating masks for the F-35B Lightning 1:72

A special set of self-adhesive painting masks by Eduard for models of the Lockheed-Martin F-35B Lightning fighter in 1:72 scale. The masks are used to spray the subtly differentiated areas of the radar absorbent surface (Radar Absorbent Material, or RAM for short), which gives the real aircraft its typical multi-tone look with a visible panel structure on the stealth skin.

Use

• You stick the masks, die-cut from thin tape, onto the surface of the model along the RAM panels.
• You spray the exposed areas in a subtly different shade and peel the masks off.
• They replace laborious measuring and hand-cutting of tape, and the shapes fit exactly.
• Intended for F-35B models in this scale.

Who the set is for

The set is meant for modelers who want to capture the sophisticated surface of a stealth aircraft faithfully without lengthy masking and the risk of inaccurate edges. Suitable for advanced builders and careful beginners alike.

The masks are not a paint and not a model. Paints, glue and the kit itself are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
