A detail set from the Brassin range by the Czech manufacturer Eduard that brings 3D-printed resin main landing gear wheels for the Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter in the G-2 and G-4 versions in 1:72 scale. The wheels match the configuration with bulged covers in the wings and offer faithful relief on the tire and the hub beyond the level of the plastic parts. It is a refining accessory, not an airplane model.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was one of the most widespread fighters of the Second World War; on some of the G versions the covers over the main wheels in the wings were bulged so that larger tires would fit.
Wash the print resin residue off the resin parts, separate them from the print supports and clean them up. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Darken the tires with a rubber shade, bring out the hub and suggest dirt with pigments. If the set contains a mask for the tread, it makes painting the hub cleanly easier.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
