This is not a kit but a replacement clear part for a model. The vacuum-formed canopy glazing by Quinta Studio offers thinner walls and better optical clarity than ordinary injection-molded parts, so the interior of the cockpit shows to better effect. The part is intended for models of the MiG-21UM trainer in 1:72 scale and also allows the canopy to be shown open.

Use

• cut the part carefully off the carrier film with a small margin
• sand the edges flat and try the fit
• glue with thin cement for clear parts or spot-glue with super glue
• the frames can be masked and sprayed in the airframe color
