Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet and Russian fighter Mikoyan MiG-29 in the form of product 9-13 (NATO code name Fulcrum-C) in 1:72 scale from Great Wall Hobby. It is a modern tooling with fine surface detail. Check the particular package contents and the number of marking options against the manufacturer's part number for this item. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The MiG-29 is a twin-engine frontline fighter developed in the Soviet Union as a counterweight to Western fighters of its generation. It is marked by excellent agility and two separate engines. The product 9-13 variant (Fulcrum-C) differs from the original 9-12 in its enlarged dorsal hump (the spine), which holds more fuel and electronic warfare equipment; that gives it a characteristic more humped silhouette.
The kit has fine detail, so it pays to clean the joints up gently, so that the surface is not damaged. Paint the cockpit and the landing gear bays before closing the fuselage, and cover the canopy glazing with masks. Fit the external stores and the weapons only at the end. For Soviet and Russian camouflage schemes an airbrush and subsequent gentle highlighting of the panel lines work well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
