A resin accessory of the air intakes for models of the Soviet and Russian MiG-29 fighter in 1:72 scale. The castings offer a faithful shape of the lips and of the inner ducts, which on fighters with prominent side intakes decisively affects the final impression.
The MiG-29 is a twin-engine frontline fighter with characteristic large side air intakes, which used to be closed off while taxiing on the ground, with air drawn in through louvers on the upper surface. The correct shape and depth of the intakes is one of the typical recognition features of the type.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and adapt the mating surfaces. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend painting the inside of the intakes before closing up the fuselage.
This is an accessory, not a kit. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
