Yahu Models 1:72 Mirage F.1 EQ is a finished color photo-etched instrument panel for a model of the export version of the French fighter. It drops into the cockpit with no painting.

This is not a kit of an aircraft but an addition for the cockpit. The box holds a photo-etched instrument panel printed in color at the factory, with legible instruments and controls. On jet aircraft the panel is densely filled and in 1:72 scale it practically cannot be painted by hand, so printed photo-etched brass is the quickest route to a convincing pilot's compartment. The form matches the export version of the Mirage F1 with the EQ designation.
The Dassault Mirage F1 differed radically from the older machines of this family, because in place of a tailless delta wing it received a conventional swept wing with a horizontal tailplane. Thanks to that it had better takeoff and landing characteristics and better handling at low speeds. It was powered by a turbojet with an afterburner, and the aircraft made its name as a multirole fighter capable of air combat and of attacks on ground targets. The EQ version was an export form delivered abroad and used in combat in the Middle East.
Work with fine tweezers and good lighting. Try the part dry and remove the raised relief of the instruments from the plastic panel, so that the photo-etched part seats flat. Glue it with a minimal amount of cyanoacrylate or with a glue for photo-etched parts, applied with the tip of a wooden stick around the edge. Do not expose the printing to solvents or grease. On modern aircraft it pays to match the shade of the cockpit as well and to give attention to the ejection seat, which is the most visible part of the whole interior.
This is an addition for the cockpit, not a kit of an aircraft. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
