1:72 Nakajima Ki-43-II Hayabusa SPACE transforms the cockpit of the Japanese army fighter with layered colored decals and steel belts.
Responsibility details are not available.
In such a small scale the cockpit is usually hardly bigger than a fingernail, and yet a surprising amount can be got into it. The set brings colored layered decals for the instrument panel and the cockpit walls plus seat belts in etched steel. They are applied directly onto painted plastic and do not add to the dimensions of the parts, so the canopy settles without trouble.
The army fighter known as the Peregrine Falcon staked everything on low weight and exceptional agility. The second production version received a more powerful radial engine with a two-speed supercharger, a shortened wing and, at last, armor behind the pilot's back and partly protected tanks. The combat flaps remained a characteristic feature, thanks to which the machine simply ran away from its opponents in a turn. The Allies gave it the code name Oscar and met it from Burma to New Guinea.
Spray the cockpit in the appropriate shade and polish it with a gloss coat. Transfer the decals one at a time, so that they do not tangle on a wet surface. Move the part you have laid on into place with a damp brush and blot the excess water away with paper. Shape the belts over the seat with tweezers first and only then fix them with a drop of glue.
